Graphics Specifications - What you need to know when reproducing graphics with Pyramid Displays

Graphics can be produced in 2 formats – digital printing and computer cut vinyl. Digital printing is typically used for photographic images whilst vinyl is usually reserved for logos and text. If you are unsure of which format will be used for your order please call us to verify.

Computer Cut Vinyl
The art work would be required as an EPS file, or an Ai File with all text converted to curves. To match your corporate colours with the vinyl’s available we would require the Pantone PMS numbers of each colour to be used; this allows us to match the vinyl colours. Whilst there is a vast range of vinyl colours available we cannot always guarantee an exact match, we will always endeavour to supply the closest colour match available.

These Files cannot be used for this style of Graphic - TIF   JPG  BMP  PSD

Digital Print
One of the following Files are required for digital printing:
Illustrator (With all text converted to curves) Ai or EPS
Photoshop (With all text converted to curves) PSD or EPS
Preferred format is a high resolution PDF file at 100% true size.
All files to be in CMYK colour with a resolution of no less than 150dpi at full size.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We ask for the files to be set up with a 10mm bleed on all sides, but please check with us for custom prints or if you are unsure.
Please provide a proof of the artwork supplied as low resolution PDF for colour matching and file recognition.
Please note scale in which the artwork has been created if not at full size.

All fonts to be converted to curves.
Artwork can be supplied to us by the various means CD, USB stick, Email if no larger than 5MB, YOU SEND IT Files or an FTP site is available for exceptionally large Files.
